Just wondering what infractions you have, did they hold you up in the job search etc....

Guys apply to the place, they are hiring almost anyone who walks in the door (that's what most of the guys interviewing are saying). They are hiring low time pilots, they are hiring pilots with multiple checkride failures and they are hiring pilots with speeding tickets. They got guys in class who have all of them...low time, multiple checkride failures and speeding tickets

And sometimes reject pilots with 2000-3000hrs after the HR interview? That's what was posted earlier...

Like I said, those guys must have been complete d-bags to get denied after the first stage of interview.

My tickets were speeding from between 6-4 years ago I'm here. I have 4 busts on my record. You wouldn't be able to tell that though based off my performance here compared to people with double my hours and zero failures. It's not indicative to the pilot you are plain and simple.

I'm just happy they gave me the opportunity to prove myself unlike other airlines who wrote me off because I exceed their max bust rate. That's there loss though and life goes on.

I agree! as said before, mostly a selection tool......... Just have to wonder how much of a tool it is in the current market. I am not in a position to apply to any regional at this time, but it's always good to keep up on the stats.
