Looks like we now have access to FLICA instructions in a PDF on the current crew page.

Yes. FLICA is now accessible for silver pilots. Although right now it's just limited to open time, line improvement, and pairings. The instructions on the crew page show you how to create an account and login

Agreed! Even though usage is limited ATM, the system works well and does make many things easier. They will eventually open it up more and hopefully purchase the app at some point. Moving in the right direction though!

I just hope this means we are moving to preferential bidding and get rid of these hard month-long lines flying with the same guy.

Silver wants to run on a skeleton crew they based the 1900 and the Saab out station with 1 reserve guy to cover 31 days with week days being 2 shifts. One person calls out all hell breaks loose because we are the only one flying into the out station and that is now cancelled and no way to get a different RSV in. So yes there will be hiring just need to get people out of training to get more in

Hey guys, a few questions for those of you working at 3M:

1) How much a part of the operation are the Saabs now? Over half?
2) Any in the BIL base and is it senior?
3) Are they opening an MSP base? Is this what I'm hearing?
4) What's the hiring outlook and financial health of the company?

Thanks a lot for your input.

-more than half

2) Any in the BIL base and is it senior?
-billings is strictly 1900

3) Are they opening an MSP base? Is this what I'm hearing?
-haven't heard that, but I'll add it to the long list of rumored base openings (hou, sju, sea, eyw...)

4) What's the hiring outlook and financial health of the company?
-hiring will turn back on shortly. our owners have deep pockets. That being said, they are an investment firm. So they don't plan on being here long term.
