There's nothing really wrong with silver or Pan Am, the big problem is the fact that the instructors are on reserve with other airlines/corporate.
Pan Am definitely needs more full time instructors in order to handle the load we're putting on them up there.
MB went up last week so there's at least that!

I agree...PanAm is kinda dropping the ball ATM, but the promblem is feast or famine...a lot of their instructors are working on the line which I understand...until 3M can provide in house instruction the growing pains in training will continue. They are growing pains;! that is a good thing!...

Does anyone know if there is still going to be an option for a restricted ATP in August? I'm an Air Force Reserve pilot, and I'm projecting a whopping 1000TT with about 700ME Turbine SIC by the end of May 2013. If that's still looking to be an option, do you think Silver would consider an interview anytime soon?

Sure man your right. Why be a capt on a turboprop in two years or less when you could spend the next 7 years at a "SUPER REGIONAL" waiting to build the same exact turbine multi PIC time... I don't know about you but I don't want to be a career regional pilot.
