Nevermind.
Just keep it on topic. The mods as well as other folks who are considering going to Silver deserve a professional disscussion rather than this regressing to a Jerry Springer/ Maury Povich type deal. I have my views on Certain people at Silver, you have yours. In reality, it was a my experience post that you got involved with and chose to defend folks who refused to defend themselves.
From now on, I'll just keep it on topic. The people posting on here deserve better.

Sandrich, I agree with you 100%. I will not disscuss my experience with Silver anymore or appear to be bragging about my moving on. I wish you as well as others alll the best. Keep studying!!!!!
Yea I know I called the guy(s) out, however they called me out (though misinformed) but hey, I said my peace. Moving On.

Yes, it is commutable, Cruz is in the Cleveland area and commutes, and guys I know in Billings commute, but have heard the flights in and out are sometimes full (but isn't that everywhere?), in and out of FL is a piece of cake with all the options. I have a reserve line next month and I usually have 3 days off at a time, but it's not enough to spend more than a day at home.

DECs
Well since the fight is over, I'm going to ask again:
What kind of times are they really looking for DECs? Posted mins are basic ATP....
Need previous T-Prop experience? Previous PIC experience?
Does anybody know the profile of the recent DEC newhires?

yeah, I was meaning more if the reserve lines are commutable on at least one end of the schedule, sorry I wasn't clear on it. I have an interview coming up for a street captain spot, so if I do come aboard, I will be hitting reserve for quite sometime. I'll be commuting out of washington DC so just trying to get a feel for it. Thanks again guys.

It's commutable on the tail end. I start at 4AM and I know that with the way the schedules run that I can't be used really after 1ish. It really all depends on what base you're in and where you live. It's not bad if there is a lot of flights between your home and work such as my case.
