All my flight time is civilian so since I don't speak Air Force (from my time in the Marines and the Army I do speak some military, mainly Tank) I thought drops were pilots who quit or failed training.

The 4 in the XLS sure got screwed on their FDP. 😂 Unfortunately they need to keep a few going to the XLS to keep the sim busy. Oh well, they will have the Ascend coming eventually or can take a FO bid for the CL650 or Global 6000. Lots of FO's bidding to these two airplanes even while on probation, which doesn't allow them to retreat to their old airplane and only 2 failures and they can be terminated. Sadly, NetJets counts needed an extra sim session as a failure and and in the Global, it is not uncommon to need an additional sim.

This is all really great info! Thank you all for including it. I'm currently working for a 135 but am concerned about leaving too early. When does NetJets formally start to pay you? During or after indoc? or only once training is complete?
Thanks in advance!

Met a NJ Captain a few day's ago who suggested tryign to get into the CL350 but was in a hurry didnt get a chance to ask why.. anybody know why he might of said that? If i had a choice I would want to the Lattitude mostly for avionics but not sure I get any kind of choice anyway.
