Any company that requires one is not a company you want to work for. Any pilot who signs one these days is out of their mind.

Well, this post didn't age well. Skywest and Northern Jet have them now. Those are just the ones I know of.

In February, it was entirely accurate. And I still think a pilot foolish to sign one right now. And the OP was specifically asking about NJ. Still no training contracts there.

The downside of contracts that doesn't get talked about enough is what a bunch of people, who wish they could quit but can't, do to a company's morale and culture. Losing or keeping pilots to save money aside.
