Just pray you don't get the XLS. 22.6 total FDP.
Oh, wait. That's over the last two tours COMBINED. A WHOPPING 2.6 hours of extra pay. Oye vey.
I don't mind the airplane and certainly don't mind the mission profile. But it's an unreliable fossil and it's long past time to turn them into beer cans.

NJASAP does NOT know how to negotiate in public or leverage any sort of power or opportunity. Literally no clue. The WSJ ads are embarrassing, the weird picketing of random events, and now these cringe worthy videos are really kinda pathetic.

Pay for ATP-CTP before applying?
I am an R-ATP at a 141 school and am wondering if I should fork over the money to take the ATP-CTP before I apply. This is a big gamble and a significant investment, especally since I could have a regional pay for it all if I dont go NetJet route. If having that under my belt makes me that much more competitive, I will do it. Any thoughts? Thanks.

That is really up to you. If NJ is where you wanna go then it is worth it. I am in the same shoes as you (with family at NJ) and I decided for me it is worth it. For me NJ is the goal and if the dont take me (2nd interview in a month) at least I have the ATP/CTP done which has helped me get CJO's elsewhere.

You’ve spent how much by now, and $4,000 is holding you back….?
what’s a bigger gamble is showing up to the training and not having a clue on how to fly a jet. The training isn’t like a regional. It’s not difficult per se, but it’s really designed for transitions from one jet to another.
