How long before you are available? They seem to be looking at people about one month out from their availability. I applied at 3 months out and got the automated "we are looking at other candidates" email. So I reached out to a recruiter who told me to apply within 30 days, which I did and then things moved quickly. Phone interview about a week after applying, in person a couple of weeks later, and CJO a week after that. So you may be just too early.

Hi,
if I have a current Phenom type and get awarded it in class, would I have to go through the entire type footprint again during training? Thanks!

Everyone goes through a full initial course regardless of previous experience on the type.

I think the only difference is the end of sim checkride. If you're going for the type rating I think the error tolerences are a bit lower.

Quick story: In my NJA newhire class we all got the Citation Ultra. We had a guy with a Citation Ultra single pilot type rating who was also an A&P. He knew the jet inside out.
He came very close to washing out of training. He had a very hard time learning to do things the NetJets way. Flows, SOP's, etc. Just watch out for that should you wind up in a jet you have experience in.

This is a great threads. Lots of good info - so thanks all for contributing! NetJet's is where I want to be - and ideally international flying on large jets.

One thing I didn't see is if NJ auto rejects before hitting minimums. For example, if one is currently at 1400, should they apply or wait until 1500? I know on the app it asks if you're available within the next 3 months.
