Oh, you're one of those that think they don't pay for healthcare at NJA haha! Awesome. NJA is also the only company through a TA, that is actively trying to contractually further shrink its pilot group. But yea a few hundred fake and unnecessary upgrades will solve all the problems lol. Several former NJA pilots in another thread have expressed that they are still happier at the airlines facing furlough, than if they had stayed at NJA. Those opinions are as equally valid and important as your unwavering cheerleading opinions on the company.
Speaking of the relevant information I do not have, was I off on the continued shrinking of the pilot group? I'll wait...

I don't know the circumstances of when he was told not to be there, but there are times when pilots need to be in the passenger lobbies. It is very possible to have a question that needs to be answered by the CSRs in the lobby and while CMH and the other NetJets branded FBOs always bring the passengers out to us, one pilot is supposed to be in the lobby to greet the passengers almost everywhere else. I was personally yelled at by the former long time CSR at the NetJets FBO in PBI when I went into the lobby. I ignored her and continued on to the front desk while getting more and more heat from this former CSR. I bit my tongue and then calmly asked the lady at the front desk for the keys to my rental car that are only available from her at the front desk. The CSR shut up and left me alone after that, but didn't apologize for her Nazi behavior. I was rather pleased when she was shown the front door herself.

But there are many pilots who think that it’s a shared space and are totally comfortable hanging out on the passengers couch with their feet on the table......
And I agree, the CSR should mind their own business.....don’t think that they should be policing the lobby.......

That’s true of course.....if you need to conduct business in the pax lounge of course you need to have access to it.

When the branded FBOs first opened it was as you say. Pilots (in a rude manner) were told not to be in the owner lounge. That culture has changed over the last few years. Believe it or not I walked through the front doors at VNY last tour and nobody said anything or yelled at me. Most of us understand where to be and when we should be there.
Things change. Maybe that is why most people only speak about things they are currently involved in as opposed to things they have not been involved in for years or telling us what a friend of a friend says.
