When I get an email from Weaks or a steward at SWAPA, then I'll care. NJA union policies mean nothing to me.

Number one reason for a year 11 SIC at Netjets to leave....

After 11 years you still have 91% of the seniority list above you.

After 11 years you still have 71% of the SICs above you.

Even the slightest hiccup in the fractional world and you will be the first to go.

While NetJets isn't the worst nor the best place to be....job security feels non-existent after over a decade.

See I find it more damaging to see what that guy spews on the union MB. I miss the absurdity he spewed on here. Convincing current employees that an IBB was for sure coming, and NetJets is right around the corner from hiring and expansion is extremely selfish and blatenly incorrect. But hey, ponies and balloons at the airlines. Not sure what the NJA equivalent is to ponies and balloons is...

Honestly, reading the crap on the union MB and meal deviations are the only things I miss.

I could only imagine everyone freaking out about their second revenue streams that they were illegally doing in the first place, getting discovered and being told not to do it anymore lol.

What's the big deal? If you go over $600 you get a 1099. The standard deduction goes up to $24,000 for joint filers this year so why not go ahead and load it up?

For those that meet or exceed the $24,000 threshold, god forbid you have to pay some tax on your free money. What a travesty!

The big deal is, you’re supposed to claim ANY earnings even from 0-600. If you go above 600 they issue a 1099. NetJets Pilots because they are so grossly overpaid, regularly open multiple accounts so once one account hits 600, they open another, and another, so they don’t get 1099s and thus thinking they don’t have to report it. Atlantic finally caught on lol.
