Default Best per diem service

I've used Pro-Diem many times but this year they have failed to send me a report and it's been over two weeks. Also their phones seem to have been disconnected. They did take my money however.

Has anyone used EZPerDiem and how do you like their product? Any others?

Thanks.

EDIT. Seems it was lost in the mail. They responded within an hour and did send my report. I guess their still in business but have trouble with their phones.

I switched from Flightline (who Delta pilots use - with EasyBid) to ProDiem and have been NOTHING but happy. This year I received my info within a week or so after submitting.

Just to let you know - Flightline (Easybid) has made a tremendous turn-around this year. I submitted my order for last year's expense report this morning and in less than 30 minutes it was in my inbox. The great part about Flightline is that you don't have to submit anything, they pull the data straight from the airline.

I used pro-diem this year and was quite pleased... I was curious however if anyone has used the service in a year where they worked for multiple airlines. How did it work out? Were they able to get data from both companies or did you have to manually provide it?

I used Pro Diem for the first time this year, and Pro Diem was very fast, and I am quite pleased. To be honest, I havent used anyone else, but Pro Diem was quite good in my experience.

If 95% of your flying is day trips with taxed local per diem is there any benefit to one of these services?

Short answer is no.

Long answer is it depends on your AGI. It may be worth it, if your AGI is low.

Pro-Diem was very good at reaching out to the World Pilot group to get the data from our failing company before they shut the doors.
