Default What to do on the side?

So I finally found the DREAM job! Salary, good pay, and tons of time off! Now what? I'm trying to find a little something something on the side and I'm struggling with this! Any ideas?

You have no hobbies?

Try adult sports. If you played any in the past or are interested in playing most towns have adult leagues for many sports within a 45 minute drive. You get to get out of the house, do something athletic, burn calories, hang with friends and almost certainly drink beer.

Travel while you can -- Non-rev, Eurailpass, cruises, etc. Many people think they'll do that later in life, but they end up never getting around to it.

If money is not the issue, then do something creative. I would like to set set up a music studio personally. If you like flying enough, go to the local drop zone and get on staff there or at the local glider port. Another thing you could so is sign up to audit some classes at your local college. Lately I want to turbomachinery, and maybe some math or computers.

A big vote NO for adult sports at least after 40. The risk of injury is too great. Join a club to stay in shape and take a class to learn another skill that you can monetize.

Get a lover or two. It's what the Europeans do!

(It can even count as a "workout" for your cardio program).
