I've always like Zero Hedge articles because they are thought-provoking. But they consistently miss one important caveat...
A world-wide war would reset all the numbers, and wipe out whole mountain ranges of debt.
And one doesn't ever see any analysis of that possibility.
Wipe out whole populations and destroy infrastructure that would need to be rebuilt, and viola! Like pressing a reset button.
Maybe that's what the powers-that-be have in mind, which is why they are spending our children's future so freely today?
Anyway, I would like to see some credible analysis of this possibility. But there isn't any I've been able to find.
