Default Setting up a crash pad (not advertising!)

I am considering offering a condo as a crash pad. I am not soliciting at all. Is the crash pad usually offered to one single pilot who then sub-leases or offers to additional pilots? Thanks.

This is someone who seriously reads the APC Terms of Use and abides by it. No issues here! Not a one...

In my experience the crashpad is advertised (not here) and the agreements are made with individual pilots. I have heard of a few crashpads where the owner may find one trustworthy pilot and allow him to stay for free to keep an eye on the place and use their networking to help fill the bunks.

Guys this is actually a good discussion. What is the "going rate" for a crashpad in the DFW area. I was thinking about buying a home in the Euless area and using it to rent out as a crashpad.

Thoughts, etc ?
