Default Pilot Watch

Is an aviation watch like a citizen skyhawk that is used primarily for work, a tax deductible item for an airline pilot?
Thanks

Unfortunately not. IRS Publication 17 states. . .

"You cannot deduct the cost of a wristwatch, even if there is a job requirement that you know the correct time to properly perform your duties."

It's on page 207 if you're curious.
