Default International fees on credit cards

Who has the best CC for international fees? I just found out mine is 3%. USAA has 1% on any US dollar purchase, that's the best I've seen. Anyone else doing zero?

Default Hey Mod

I got these fees while working at Brown (cargo) in HKG on a UPS trip. This is borderline but now I have a 3% chance that this will even be looked at, thanks. In the meantime lets continue to discuss on the cargo forum how some newby can get a job ferrying airplanes .

Capitol One no fees. Search for prior threads on this discussion.

One of the Vikings in those commercials is going to come by and smash in your head. For shame!!

Ditto the kudos on the Capital One, and some good benefits. No fee. I do pay the balance off monthly, so I can't comment on interest and finance charges.

Banks that issue Visa and MC are typically 3%. American Express is 2.7% or so.

Crap One is the exception of course, with no fee. Wonder how long that is going to last.
