Percentile career contract covered, retired airline workers selecting IA as home but not from IA? Crickets, chiclets, corn dogs.

These things are packed with assumptions. The most egregious of which for pilots in particular regards income. The state and local income tax burden comparison requires an income input. You'll note the one they use is far less than a working or retired airline pilot, even one only taking minimum required distributions.

Other criteria are similarly ridiculous, my favorite was including COVID-19 vaccination rates in the quality of healthcare metric. Regardless of your opinion on that mess it should be obvious that your neighbors' vaccination status is unlikely to have significant effects on the quality of healthcare you can access.
