CFI, CFII, and MEI mil equivalency
All, got my CFI back on active duty the hard way. Now that I am mil retired, anyone know if I can still take the equivalency exam and upgrade to a CFII and MEI based on my being a NATOPS instructor in the Grumman C-2A and Beech UC-12B? This flight time is more than 10 years ago....I am guessing there is a statute of limitations.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Time limits? Don't believe so......but I have no direct knowledge. I did not pursue any of the MilComp instructor ratings.
Check out SheppardAir for the details on taking the tests for MilComp tests though and give them a call if you have any questions. They've got the details down pat.

This is awesome. Just checked Shepard Air website and since I already had my CFI pre 2009 and long before being a NATOPS IP in multi-engine aircraft, all I need to do is drop by the FSDO with my paperwork. No additional test required. Easy CFII & MEI add on.
