Add .3 to each sortie for military?
Is this the norm for folks preparing their logbooks? Should I point out that I've added .3 per sortie or is it assumed? Currently my resume has the hours without the .3 added. tHANKS!

It really depends on the airline receiving it. Some will ask you to back out the .3, some want it. They all realize that your time, without the conversion, will be recorded as lower than your civilian counterparts. If you put it on your resume then include the disclaimer that you added a conversion. As for the application, read it very carefully - if in doubt, ask the recruiter for that particular airline.

N9373M - all of that time sitting in marshal or at the holdshort or sitting in the fuel pits after a flight doesn't count.
Isn't the GA pilot still paying for (and logging) Hobbs time?
Sailorflier - Lori gave the same advice that I heard. Have a separate spreadsheet that includes the adjusted times in case the certain carrier asks. It also seemed that different companies asked for that adjustment in different ways (e.g. total time x 0.3 or 0.3 added to each sortie (kind of a heavy versus F/A community difference thing IIRC)
Btw - where did you, or are you, currently flying the C-9B? My buddy who I am in the sim right now did a couple of tours out of Rota, Willow Grove and Atlanta in the C-9 and C-12. I thought you might know him.
