If she hasn't, she needs to just follow Nancy Reagan's advice and JUST SAY NO. (Pun completely intended)
As long as she wasn't a well known, reeking, dreadlocked hippie-chick, you can let the rec's know that their comments need to be GLOWING. "Best person I've ever known" stuff. -We all needed this and the fitreps in the active duty are basically proof...everyone is OUTSTANDING for chrissakes.

During my "A" school in 1990, I learned that "Experimentation" was considered to be fewer than 180 times with no usage in the previous 12 months (think about that for a minute).
