Some units that were BRACed are still hiring. I know of one particular 130 unit that is scheduled to lose their birds within a year and are still having a board this year. That being said, I agree with what you said.

sorry for misleading... the 3-4 fighter slots/this year info came from a member of 125FW as well (they also mentioned that several fighter positions are for current rated pilots...i.e. Tyndall,etc) I crosschecked it on wantscheck.com it seemed to check out.. but thanks for the heads up...several other people said that their database is not updated all that much.
Does anyone know the number of fighter slots for the ANG this year?

Does your unit have 1-2 UPT trainee slots per year?

In the last decade we've sent 1-2 per year. There may have been 1 or 2 years where there were none. There are 3 in the pipeline right now, 2 in UPT I believe.
