You score is not based just on your TT/ratings. I have no idea how much it counts, really. Remember that it's scored first by a computer doing a key-word search and then by an OPM HR person who isn't a pilot. Once you meet the mins as far as flight time, then your LE, leadership, combat experience start to play. A lot simply comes down to how well you word your resume. The more buzz words from the announcement and questionaire, the higher the score.

Thread starting to die... Anyone getting back from their interviews yet? If so, did they tell you when to expect calls regarding job offers? Anyone getting calls of job offers or EOD dates? Just trying to keep this informative thread from going quiet.

Man I wish I had some good info to keep it going. Haven't heard anything since I got the auto generated email. Would anyone advise calling the hiring office or would it do any good?
