Unfortunately, nothing new to report. Investigators starting to visit friends and family. I guess that is good news, but still no FW jobs yet. I am hoping the new fiscal year brings new jobs for fixed wing guys. I am mainly writing to keep the thread going. It appears it is starting to die.

Agree - let's keep this thread going. I'll thrown something in. I have a squadronmate that I just found out got the job. If I can get ahold of him - are there some specific questions that you would like me to try and find out? Btw - he was hired for the San Diego office. Quitting Delta for the job.

Did he get an EOD date or just a conditional offer? There is a big difference between the two. I found out, like others, that a conditional offer for a specific location, doesn't always mean you will be offered a job in that location. If your friend wants San Diego, hopefully he has a firm offer with an EOD and a FLETC class. Then for certain he will be going to San Diego. I just have a conditional offer, not a firm one yet.. Keeping the faith it is coming soon after the new fiscal year. Delta is a good job, but I can't say I blame him for leaving for an AIA position. My personal opinion only, it is probably in the top two or three aviation jobs in the country...Thanks for keeping the thread going with me...
I agree about it being one of the top jobs. I don't know exactly how others view it - but it would be one of MY top choices! I'm jealous of anyone that gets on with them

Great information and inside scoop in this thread on the CBP.
But, Here's a question for which perhaps I should call them myself to find out...
Is this open to US Citizens only or also to Permanent residents?
Have had my green card since I was 2 years old and am also in the process of getting my citizenship....but does being a permanent resident disqualify from this program?
If anyone happens to know...please share!

If you don't fill out the full resume and profile, it will not submit your application. I think that is your best course of action if you would like to be considered for the job.
