When I started at Mesa almost 2 years ago, Mesa was slightly behind the other regionals in pay. Today they are paying half of what the market rate is.
How can you be this clueless? Mesa does not own any of the 170's. they were purchased by united and they alone control where they go.

UA owns the first 30, we own the other 18.

Mesa doesn't have any 170s, they have 48 175s. And 30 are owned by united, 18 are "owned"/financed by Mesa. Do you not read the emails Mesa sends out?

They are 170s. The 175 designator is not recognized by the FAA, it's just a marketing designator. It's a minor technicality, but your comment reads as if they were two considerable different airplanes, and the truth is that there are more differences between a 737-700 and a 737-900 than between a 170-100 an a 170-200 (175 for the public).

Jesus H. I know this. I have the type on my little green card. But no one at Mesa I've ever talked to says they fly E170s. E170, while the type on the FAA cert, isn't the name normally used in everyday speech. On the emb website, it doesn't mention it is a E170-200. Everyone except people writing manuals and certificates, to include pilots, use the "marketing" name. Better change your APC position under your name to E170-200 FO.

The only thing that matters is Mesa's willingness to provide to us at least an industry standard TA, with competitive benefits, and QOL.
Any more mickey mouse offers, it'll be too late.
