As of right now, no the E175’s and CRJ7’s have not yet been extended. However, management said on the call that every tail in our UAX contract has scheduled flying for as far out as UA runs the schedules.

I've been on the Mesa 700's a lot in the past couple months in and out of IAD. The last one I was on had a lot of green, too much really, above the door. No joke probably a 2ft by 5ft main patch of missing paint surrounded by many other fist sized patches. I just laughed and continued to my seat

So were/was Compass aircraft.... they couldn’t just drop them out Aug 31. They could extend month to month. Slow drawdown. My bet is Mesa hail mary’s it and Compass get yet another disappointment...

Been that way since they were painted. Didn't scrape the America West off, just painted over it.

This situation with the announcement of the contract renewal with Mesa being delayed has every other regional salivating at the idea of getting our airplanes at the pure style of hungry vultures.

I will venture to say though that our united flying at least the E175 is secured; you don’t get rid of a partner that has achieved “best regional on customer satisfaction and on time performance” that is cheap to operate (at the expense of being the lowest paid in the industry) just ‘cause.

And the way they do that is primarily flying out of one hub... hopefully UA is catching onto this like Delta has..

You would hope Mesa lands a UA deal. They just got BR a few months back he was the guy at UA over the UAX operation. if they can’t land a UA deal after that. Thats bad news...
