Yep, it is on par with SkyWest... we upgrade sooner, make more money sooner, we are off of reserve sooner. We move on sooner. You are still stuck where you are.

Junior, you will learn that there is much more to pay than just the rates. Your contract keeps you lower than most other airlines. Enjoy working on those days off just to get your pay up with 300 percent.

Sure am whatever you want. You make it seem like Mesa is the cat meow. What happens if you premium pay goes away? Your fleet shrinks?

We are gone after 3 or 4 years to another carrier, many where they want to go. Meanwhile, you are stuck at Xjet and jump around criticizing others.

How long do you wait at Xjet for your United CPP interview?

We will all go elsewhere if our fleet shrinks, just like everyone else. Just like what is happening at Xjet. Go read the aircraft that CommutAir has picked up from Xjet.

I wouldn’t hold my breathe on our premium pay going away. We keep growing our pilot base. Can Xjet say the same thing?

First, I never make Mesa sound like a cat’s meow. I just recommended someone looking at Mesa take a look at Republic.

I would never, ever recommend someone go to Xjet. Not until something changes. Management repeatedly lies to you. Then, DTW goes away, ATL goes away, DFW goes away.
