Nearly half of the IAH FO’s were NOT unstacked in July. The most junior IAH FO that was not unstacked had just over one year of seniority.
IAH CA’s on the other hand were unstacked up to 12 years of seniority. Being a captain in IAH is not pleasant unless one is very senior. Hopefully, they will continue to have upgrades outpace resignations.
As far as the Seniority List (as of July 9), we have 259 IAH captains, up a net 5 from June 9, and we have 343 IAH first officers, up a net 10 from June 9. Hopefully, the additional pilots will start to provide relief soon. (Caveat: Not all pilots on the seniority list receive schedules - some are in training and some are in non- or limited flying roles).

Dude, you have lost some flying and Republic is picking up more. Heck, I've flown several that we've covered for Mesa. I know y'all have done the same in the past for us.

And, we are picking up more block hours each month... when was the last trip you picked up for Mesa? You are full of it because United is scoped out and can’t add any 70 or 76 seat aircraft to their fleet (even if it is owned by someone else).

The only airline “owning” flying is United. United historically likes to move their flying around between thier regionals. Little less since they consolidated regionals by base, but they still do.
Just because Mesa went to city Xxx and now Republic goes to Xxx doesn’t mean Mesa lost anything. Same goes in reverse.

We are flying additional block hours each month. From June to July, it was 2,000 block hours. We have more block in August than we have in July.
How many United colors Ejets does Republic have based in IAH, versus other major colors?
And, scope says how much United flying that Republic can take away from anyone. Both the 170 and 175 are limited by the scope clause. You can only fly excess capacity of existing Ejets.

What truth? You said Republic is taking flying away from Mesa. Just a flat out lie. You coorborate it by saying you have covered flights for us and we have for you. Covering flights by another regional just happens.
