That place was a goldmine and a nice distraction from the training environment for sure. I honestly dont know how most heterosexual males at that school even manage to graduate with that level of talent walking around...

I really had a hard time myself, all different types ,color and natural beauty, But I was on a mission and I engaged my auto pilot to keep it straight , hit the soft ride key for the constant chops and landed safely at IOE. You think it’s bad now the real test is when you start flying the line and you meet a different one or ones every time you show up for a trip. Just be professional and you will be golden. And that’s coming from an old retired vet in that field 😎

In looking over the seniority list for IAH and the Ejet (caveat: not all these pilots are line pilots):
333 FO's on the seniority list (up 24 from last month)
254 CA's on the seniority list (up 2 from last month)
On the Ejet, we lost 6 CA's last month. The most senior CA (12 years at Mesa) to United's June class. We lost 11 FO's last month. The most senior FO (30 months at Mesa) to Frontier.
Given the last IOE FO that I met in the crew room, it looks like time from DOH to IOE is creeping back from 5 months to 6 months on the Ejet. Definitely moving in the wrong direction again. It needs to get down to around 4 months before Mesa matches the industry.
On the Ejet, 21 months from DOH to upgrade award. 23 months from DOH to IOE as a CA.
