Yeah, but we have a lot of people very interested in any kind of premium. Personally I’m against it (if nobody picked anything up, mgmt realizes our pay and staffing are insufficient, suddenly wants an early opener to be industry leading), but if people are motivated by 300%, fine. So I’ll just say this:
It is not advantageous to pick up 200%. The going rate for open time is 300%, and the company has shown a willingness to pay it. Be smart, show them their open time won’t be covered by 200%. Everybody makes more in the long run.

There are trips not disappearing out of open time... hmmmm, wonder why. An email last night offering a whopping 200% for a couple of turns today which are still uncovered, and there are zero reserves to cover them.
Day off or 200%? Kind of a no brainer when they do absolutely zero for Pilot QoL in any other way.
300 is such a friendly number... at least I think so. Kinda makes me happy.

It’s not clearing there just isn’t as much. Once you got past the 6th, there was very little open time generally speaking.
