Am I reading the PBS awards correctly, Mesa only awarded 2 Ejet FO’s reserve lines in April?

Doesn’t that mean a lot of Ejet CA’s on reserve will sit in the right seat next month?

Yup. Been that way for FO's in most the bases for awhile now. IAD had 40 fo's for 55 lines.

I thought last month we had an army of Ejet FO’s on reserve, or at least a platoon. 17 FO’s if I recall. 2 with long call. And the month before that, it was 7 Ejet FO’s and one got long call.

Welcome to the party.

And if you are still able to pick up 300%, meaning you aren’t scheduled to 92+ hours, enjoy that while it lasts. Not much room to pick up extra high paying legs when you are up against FAA max hours. Been that way for a while in other bases.

Except the last time we were this low on FO’s, we busted contract. Not sure how many times United will put up with that.

Generally, I credit over 150 hours per month. Sometimes, we have guys credit 240 hours.

How does the "flow" to United work?
Is it a true flow? Or just a preferential interview system?
Only available to United Express pilots or to all Mesa pilots?

Nobody knows yet. But I'm certain it is not going to be a flow. Most likely the same program that ExpressJet, CommutAir, and Air Wisconsin already have.

No details yet but sounds like just United Express pilots.

If training is taking so long you think they will let me keep my current job? Plan is just come in for training events then go back to normal life in between. May sound stupid but I dont see why not.

It's the retardation of the company. They want to whine about how badly they need pilots, and then they don't efficiently schedule the ones that they do have. Having 36 hours of sitting around in Edmonton, Alberta when that flight crew could be flying a plane somewhere the next day is another example. This place sucks!
