I've been here about a year and it’s been great so far. With the new contract and open time that’s available at 300% (yes 300% that's not a typo!) I’m making more than a lot of people I know at other regionals, even some majors. There is absolutely no time on reserve and you’ll hold a line right away. Upgrade is very short for both the E-jet and CRJ so you’ll have your pick when it’s time. I have flown with a lot of captains who have been getting calls from United and Delta, so it won’t be long for you either. I highly recommend coming here. Send me a PM if you don’t mind, l wanna ask you a favor.

I hope you mean majors like Southwest or Delta, and not SkyWest. Since I credit 100 hours or more a month, and the signing bonus, I make more per month than my buddy at SkyWest. There are places you can make more. As far as moving on, 2 of the 4 pilots I was flying with last month were moving on. I assume you want IAD. Good luck in sorting things out.

I just can't take someone with an NAI 787 avatar seriously.

About 6-7 months if nothing changes. But things change all the time. Except time, it is still marching forward.

Hey that's ok! I'll be riding on that "bloody tampon" logging heavy time while you're flying 6 legs a day on an ERJ145.
