Found uv protective sleeves from golf to cover my arms as well. I also didn't know there are uv protective shirts. I tell every crew that I fly with about the API site and how to log both complaints and compliments. Surprisingly many haven't heard about it or how use it.

I'm being serious here, the El Paso hotel was one of my favorites! Close to the airport, nice rooms, decent HOT breakfast, why do people not like it? Well I hope everyone likes the La Quinta better with the crappy Q low pressure showers, shampoo that dries out your scalp, and horrible breakfasts!

You're correct, Best Western plus. I fail to see how the guest house suites were a problem? Everyone failed to answer my question, yet were able to throw insults at a fellow Mesa pilot. You all must be fairly new. I spent half my Mesa career based in CLT, the hotels in that system were pretty bad. Anyone remember CDO's in Scranton, PA? How about Allentown at that crappy swingers hotel? So I ask again, WHY?
Noisy? No, the Microtels are noisy! Beat down? Nothing compared to CLT.

No the rooms are not nice. They are dirty with all kinds of crumbs and trash under the bed and in the corners of the room, the beds are stiff AF, and there is all kinds of noise heard from both the hallways and outside from that busy street. And they always have us in rooms facing the busy street. If you ask for a room on the other side of the building they will say they are sold out, even if it is only noon and you can see rooms for rent available online. I for one am glad that we are getting rid of that POS hotel.
