also, in the past when i was a reservist, company would state we "attempted" to call you while i was still in the air. will these shenanigans cease?
From block in time you have 15 minutes until you duty off. You then have 20 minutes to contact Crew Tracking. So technically you would have 35 minutes from your block in time. However, It could possibly work in your best interest to contact them as soon as possible.
To answer your second question. It is our position that a pilot is notifiable after blocking in and is able to be contactable.

I can live with the DOS rates, but the fact that that F/O pay actually decreases is absolutely unacceptable. It creates a B scale that is a real disserverce to the industry.

No affordable insurance for a pilot group is absolutely unacceptable.

Allowing retired pilots to fly ferry flights is unacceptable. ALL flying needs to be done by pilots on the seniority list.

Giving the company carte blance to pay huge new hire bonuses is unacceptable. If they want to contiue to pay bonuses to new hires, they should negotiate some type of retention bonus as well.

I will continue to review the TA and go to a road show as well, but at a glance I see some real issues with this TA - particularly given the pro pilot environment we are negotiating in.
Amen brother. Amen.

with respect to equipment transfers between captains. if company gets stagnate and doesnt do any upgrade classes then there is no equipment transfers or we can do 12 equipment transfers a yr no matter what?
also, if we cont do 12 and the company does no upgrades or whatnot, the 12 from the previous yr would allow 24 upgrades for following yr and so on and so forth? based on the 1% thing im using 12 and 24 respectfully

Pay is better but some of the hotel language is speculative. I would like to see stronger language in many parts including the hotel section. Sometimes an loa can fix those areas but it needs to be corrected BEFORE it goes into effect. Some of the wording leaves the contract section without any teeth. I will write this in big letters so everyone can understand the intent here....

READ THE SCHEDULING PORTION AS IF IT WILL AFFECT YOU!!! Everyone has the possibility of either upgrading and being on reserve or any reason!!
