Thank you for your concern but Mesa will never get anything as good as your current airline. So your opinion is invalid.
From reading your comments you are the typical pilot backstabber. You don't care what you leave behind as long as you benefit. This is how Mesa became Mesa. You would have fit in well at Freedom. You are the same type of pilot that made the same bed you sleep in now. You can continue the trend or you can stand up and fix it. I bet you complain a lot but yet do nothing...

That is correct, however you will need to request the hotel room through Crew Tracking and make a decision if it's worth going to a hotel if the aircraft is close to being fixed etc.

But, yes it gives you that right.

Well I voted no twice when I was at Mesa. It was real for me then and I still care about my Mesa buddies not getting left behind. The struggle became a struggle when people voted yes for a substandard contract. Do what you want though...

DOS+1 ? I know that means date of signing but why does it get less as it goes up?

If this thing gets voted down now, there likely won't be another TA for two more years, looking at the glacial pace of negotiations. That's $12,000 I would be losing out on.

I'm sorry but this is Mesa and we're always going to be bottom of the barrel with JO at the helm. Take what you can now, and do your best to find employment at a better airline in the meantime.
Glacial pace? They were only in mediation 2 weeks before announcing a TA. Mgt is chomping at the bit to get something in place because they don't like the idea of no reserves, 200 - 300%, and continued roster shrinkage. They are hoping for folks with your views to settle for this one while knowing that, if it doesn't pass, they will be forced to very quickly offer up something much more palatable. Mesa pilots have suffered for YEARS while hoping for just a chance to get what's fair and reasonable. Now that time has finally arrived and this opportunity must be capitalized upon. If this contract is voted in, we will still be at the bottom of regionals. 5 years from now we will be even further behind as others always find ways to improve at a greater rate than Mesa. Like you, I have no intention of staying here any longer than necessary. However, I have no intention of letting Mesa management slide another one in and leaving that legacy to future employees. It's time for this company to be paying and treating its employees the same as their counterparts. We've waited so long that to wait just a little longer while watching Mesa reluctantly man-up will be well worth it IMO.

I understand what your saying but all we ask for was industry standards, the only thing am not feeling is the deadhead pay, everyone else gets 100%
