I guarantee that Mesa is pulling some shenannigans and is trying to back out of this MOU/TA. Just another circle jerk with the mesa pilots as the pivot man. MEC while you are in session, get a strike vote approved, notify American's union, United MEC, and your SPSC up to bring them all up to speed, get strike / call centers approved. Start getting job fairs lined up, resume building seminars and maybe priority hiring if possible from both of your code share partners. Hopefully Im wrong but we have seen mesa do this kinda stuff before, nothing has changed.....
Bingo !!!!!

If true, it's "SOS, different day" ... and will be soundly voted DOWN. Which is perfectly fine with JO and Lotz so that they can continue to drag out this cluster####. AH needs to go. There's obviously only one way to resolve this and we're going to need union leadership with the balls to take us there.

Dear Fellow Pilots,
As we reported to you last week, your Negotiating Committee reached an agreement in principle with management that we were prohibited from discussing until the National Mediation Board's (NMB) mediator removed a gag order on the parties. Yesterday morning, the mediator removed the gag order after confirmation that certain contingencies were met by the Company. Just after 11:00AM, your Negotiating Committee started briefing the MEC members followed by extensive discussion. Today, your MEC members continued their discussion, and voted to send the Tentative Agreement (TA) to you for ratification with their support and endorsement.
In the coming days, you will receive information regarding the new TA. We ask that you read the materials, attend one of the TA informational briefings, log into a webinar, and ask questions of our negotiators. Your MEC believes the product the Negotiating Committee has delivered brings vast improvements over our current agreement.
We heard loud and clear from you that pay was not only your first priority, but also your second and third priorities. While there are lots of improvements to discuss, the new TA improvements include:
Pay increases for ALL (without Company stock)
Improved 401k contributions and vesting schedule
Increased deadhead credit
Improved PBS timeline
Vacation improvements
Enhanced commuter clause
Paid parking for all
Grievance process improvements
Quality of life improvements
And more!
The official TA document is being finalized and will be available for your viewing on our new website on Wednesday, June 14.
Voting will open June 26 and close and count on July 12, 2017. We will be holding a series of TA informational briefings in each domicile as well as several pilot unity events and live-interactive web sessions beginning later this month. Next week, your MEC Officers and negotiators will travel to ALPA’s national office to prepare for roadshows and record a video to explain the new TA section-by-section. We will let you know next week when the video is posted to our website.
Stay tuned for more details coming your way via email. We will also be posting updates on Facebook and Twitter.
We sincerely thank our pilots for their support during the negotiating process. We would also like to thank our Negotiating Committee, including previous negotiating committee members who built the foundation upon which we improved, and ALPA staff who have worked tirelessly with us to negotiate this TA. It hasn’t been easy, but we are confident that this TA will result in improved quality of life for all of our pilots and put us in line with our peers.
We look forward to discussing the details of this TA with you and ask that you learn about the TA for yourself from materials that we make available.
Fraternally,
Captain AH
