You have more CRJ than ERJ pilots systemwide--TA voting has nothing to do with which base is biggest bud

I'm pretty sure there IS a training contact, specially with a company like Mesa.

You all want contracts in line with every other airline? Well no other airline restricts aircraft movement and screws seniority like ours. Fixing that puts us in line with everyone else.

So you're saying that one can come to Mesa, get an E-175 type rating on top of the ATP course, get a free hotel stay plus a min. guarantee salary, breeze through IOE, collect the pre-taxed 30k bonus, and then quit without any consequences?

And why do you only have 6 posts on this forum?

Maybe just on hold or slowed down for summer?

As for CRJ to Ejet transition, the guys who weren't able to make that choice are now in the minority. The rest of us made our decision assuming it would be final, so I don't think the union would prioritize that item. Maybe like last time there would be an allowance for a small trickle of transitions, but I just don't see it being a top item for many people.

Doesn't seem likely anytime soon, at least not until the number of FOs comes up closer to those of CAs. There's no point in upgrading them only to pay them double for right seat flying. And, often at 200% to boot.
