Seriously, Andy's one vote out of eight. And only because he's a rep. If you all think he's why nothing's happening you need to learn how unions and MEC's actually work.

Thanks so much- idk why searching my iPad GOM didn't reveal it.
I like to have a "source document" for things.

Default EL Recall

So what's the deal with the EL recall? If it goes forward do DFW pilots get a ballot on the matter?

I spoke with the pilot who requested the recall, he said he felt a recall was needed for several issues. EL didn't seek approval for his letter that some parts were ok but ultimately ****ed off pilot groups at poetential job options, didn't speak to the other reps about it, and lastly the fact that EL somehow ran unopposed when multiple pilots nominated other people... not to mention EL was the one responsible for counting the nomination ballots. He said, if he is truly who deserves to be our pilot rep then when we have a recall and he wins against someone else that's fine. But how do we know he is truly who we wanted when he seemingly cheated his way into the role.

I personally would like to see another rep considering EL was our interim rep the entire time this last shot down proposal came out and nothing happened. We keep electing the same people expecting different results. I'd like to see EL and Andy out.

It's also curious to me that all EL could talk about was getting AH out but yet AH survives and then now there is this talk of EL manipulating the DFW nominations. I wonder if a side deal was cut. Union protecting the union.

So then it's not totally about the letter.

Default Spirit Example

So Spirit is suing Alpa and the spirit Alpa for all of their cancellations. Interesting.
