Well like I said, I think it's too late for money to work the way they would want it to. And no one upgrades if you don't attract new hires. The American flying is going to be the first to feel the sting of the pilot shortage. They have prepared the least for what is coming. And I also think they will be the first to be flying 900s and 175s at mainline. What choice will they have? Their regionals won't be able to do it (WO or otherwise) and they won't just forsake their regional lift. They will bite the bullet so to speak and poney up the money for mainline pilots to fly them. Or they will bring the WOs into the mainline fold, though I think this scenario is the least likely. Either way, I think there will be some hard times ahead for the regionals before things get better.

The money is to KEEP the current pilots on the roster. They will also need QOL improvements. To attract new people? Good luck...

I know I have been negative about this company in the past, but ALL of you have false hope. The wages are low, so the investors can get as much money before the doors close. The writing is on the wall. "WAKE UP!!!! There is no pulling this company back into profit, and everybody knows it but you guys. I have been warning you guys for a long time. Get out, before you get locked out. There was no real plan to try to save this company, they will take the money and run, and no last paycheck. I give it less than a year. If they had good intentions, they would have done "something, anything" like the other regionals.

Our CKA are good guys. Out to help pilots not vice versa. Most of those guys would quit if asked to fail someone purposefully.

I really think Management's plan is to continue announcing growth every 6 months to a year and rely on that. Yeah that worked well the last three years but now that everyone has a semi quick upgrade that just wont work anymore. When the growth is truly over I think you'll see them finally get serious about a contract.

Well good, we'll get priority at other ALPA carriers to be hired, but I seriously think another company like Skywest would absorb us for the aircraft and pilots. I wouldn't mind working for Skywest unless they pulled an express jet job on us.

Anybody has experience on transfering the JeppFD-Pro app to a new iPad? Company just told me to do the same procedure I used the first time but it is not working.

Any help appreciated.
