yeah, and did you see their names. English proficient? Not likely. I know this does sound very PC, but it's the truth.

I think you have the wrong guy. Sean has been there for well over 5 years. First year pay is better than 18 year Captain pay at Mesa. Mesa is so broke they can't pay attention... Best thing you can do is GTFO ASAFP...

I get so sick of hearing this over and over. You think we don't know this? Those that have moved on make it sound so simple to "GTFO" that it's as easy as ordering a soft drink. WE WANT TO GET OUT. But it's not as automatic as you make it sound. I guarantee you those guys that have been at Mesa for over 10 years had the idea to come in, get some experience and move to a major. You know how hard it is to get a flying job when you don't have one? We could all just quit as you say but that sure won't help our cause of continuing on in this profession.
Congratulations on moving on and becoming a member of LAMA. I'm happy for you but please quit stating the obvious collectively over and over. I, too, want to become a member but the right circumstances have presented themselves yet. And we all know that every regional out there is paying bonuses and better first year pay to FOs than 1 year CA pay here. I WILL NOT START OVER AT ANOTHER REGIONAL.
