No, no, no... Be very careful about this. Some of these guys are getting their ATP stuff paid for by Mesa. Their PROMISSORY note goes FAR beyond a year. You will lose in court fighting it, you will be sued. You will pay for Mesa's court fee's. If your so filled with emotion that you can't think logically, then you need to take a step back and spend a few months making no decisions.

So if i need to leave the company after a year (relocation because of my wifes job) and i do need mesa to pay for my atp ctp... Im in trouble?

You're a pilot, you commute. Are you moving where theres no airports? If this is planned, why are you even bothering?

Its in europe, and its only planned for mid 2018 (not even sure it will happen, but i dont wont to have any surprises if it will)

So how long before Mesa goes under? Two years? One year? Or are they just going to keep on truckin'? Maybe SkyWest will buy the place.

You heard wrong about JO. He just offered a counter proposal with raises, it just still isn't good enough. A guy with an ego that big doesn't want to shut the place down, not even for spite.

Yeah, I've heard him say that he agrees that the pilots need to be paid more. We may not agree on the amount, but he wants the increase.
