Probably the best way to send a message to Mesa management is for your ALPA to encourage guys to bounce. For another regional, LCC. Anywhere basically.

Good. I hope you get industry standard. If not I think it's time to encourage voting with your feet. Or something similar to Republic, making a website discouraging new pilots from coming. It's a lot easier to get pay up when people aren't showing up.

Big reason for the sick calls this month for FO's and CA's, because we are all leaving in 4 weeks. Want to use up that sick time before giving the 2 week notice.

Massive sick calls started at the beginning of the month. Everyone is just using up theirs now. Notices are starting to come in. No faith in the company to provide industry average pay.
