Can you give us an idea of the new pay rates?
Our comprehensive proposal is a few percentage points shy of industry average on the DOS and for the first two years after DOS due to the company’s significant maintenance costs. It jumps 4% to industry average rates after the company is relieved of the significant maintenance expenses. Please trust that we have reviewed and ratified the plan and we are confident that our pilot group will approve it.

It is people with this attitude that are part of the problem with this industry. If we would stick together and help each other out (not the company), we could get rid of trips, get a good pay raise, etc. Grabbing that incentive flying is helping the company to fill opentime and delay raising our pay. You are helping them stick it to us longer. I liked that chaos video somebody posted. We should consider doing that.

There is something you're forgetting. The company is signing our checks and ultimately it's our duty to show up to work and keep the wheels moving. Has anyone considered that maybe if we give the company what they want, and help them out, they'll pass the profit down to us?
