Great job! Also, those seniority list recruiters should be ashamed for pedaling those incentives while screwing themselves and their fellow pilots. Who's at the helm of recruting these days? Oh, that's right Mr. For Himself Marcia Kololdyzerik. Shocker!

Glad to see a step in the right direction for the guys still there.

"Isn't much left"....except for the leader, the head, the man who directs the rest of the union leadership and pilot group. Once you're at another ALPA carrier you'll see how much MAG ALPA is lacking (XS being one of the few notable exceptions). Plenty of well intentioned union volunteers there, and plenty of good people there, but unity and progress is stymied by AH and JO.
Andy doesn't direct the union, the union directs Andy. No doubt, Andy has a big influence, but the picketing events and finally the status quo lawsuit I would hope show that he is not the only influence on how the union proceeds.

You don't need to understand. Don't worry yourself with what other people choose to do with their lives.

By the way, most of us, if not all, are trying to get out. As discussed already, some have financial demands that a lateral move wont meet, some prefer an advancement on their resume such as a larger type, some just are happy. Either way, the numbers support what you are having difficulty understanding, most ARE leaving.
