Ha ok. They all voted yes for the POS 2015 TA and spent a ton of money trying to sell that garbage to the pilot group. They also guide the NC and ensure the pilots' desires are being represented and negotiated, and when negotiations don't progress, they are supposed to look for additional resources to facilitate/force the process. And negotiations have taken far too long with too little progress to be acceptable.

Just as a reminder, the current head of the MEC was a condescending Richard to the pilots in the road shows who were trying to ask valid questions, and telling them they need vote yes. Another reminder, he used to have stickers made against him, and was voted out of the of union. "Isn't much left"....except for the leader, the head, the man who directs the rest of the union leadership and pilot group. Once you're at another ALPA carrier you'll see how much MAG ALPA is lacking (XS being one of the few notable exceptions). Plenty of well intentioned union volunteers there, and plenty of good people there, but unity and progress is stymied by AH and JO.
