Easy there. My comment was more a remark about how often someone says not to go to mesa than it was a remark about him not having seen it. However I do see how it may have come off as rude. My apologies.

Yes, I think it's safe to assume that many of them do come with that hope and expectation. A lot of them come for a desirable base, easy commute, etc., or any other reasons unrelated to pay. At the very least, they also have to be aware of the huge pay deficiency here. I suspect that when they raise that question to recruiters, they're being told that a new contract is being negotiated that is expected to soon result in a sizeable increase in FO pay. It would be very easy to believe that, given the huge disparity with all the other regionals. What they probably don't realize however, and certainly AREN'T told, is how Mesa management has a long history of avoiding a fair wage to its pilots and is still NOT engaged in a good-faith or truthful effort at a fair contract. While many of the other things they're told may be true, that one's the unavoidable big lie for recruiters.

These recruiters who lie for the company also forget to mention how the training department has gone to crap and examiners like TG are out to fail folks making it harder to leave. Just another way to keep pilots yet keep wages low. AI's errand boy RP still showing up to AQP to "grade" uniforms? What a joke!

Except that they are not, they are the smegma, the fromunda cheese found under managements sack. They are equivalent to ball-less bus drivers flying a multi million dollar jet wearing a 3 day old ketchup stained, wrinkled shirt. You guys gotta step up and find those lost balls and start acting like your balls are so big you can barely walk straight. This is a pilots market. And that's not just for Mesa pilots but all regional pilots.

You got me. I heard about the troll and had to keep reading. I'm not however preaching to everyone, so I guess that's the difference.

How's your clash of clans doing? You were so passionate about it in the crew room.
