Mesa has created more than 2,000 jobs over the past three years and believes there are significant opportunities to continue this growth and provide thousands of additional careers for some of our country’s most promising pilots, flight attendants and mechanics. Unfortunately, regional airlines face new, burdensome federal regulations threatening both the industry itself and small U.S. cities and towns, most of which have seen reduced service levels or have lost air service altogether. Mesa is hopeful changes will soon be made to this counter-productive government intervention in a vital U.S. industry.

Despite these restrictive policies...
Hahahaha. Ha. And they're crazy if they're banking on loosened regs.

Hey all,
Been gone for quite some time. Has PHX become any less senior? i.e, Is it possible for a new hire to get it out of training, reserve or otherwise?

thank you..

You literally have to look one page back to see that no one recommends going to mesa. Don't go there. Go anywhere else.

With bonuses, that pay is not $35-36 an hour, but more like $52-60 an hour. What you guys and gals are getting paid should be illegal. It's certainly immoral.

So I certainly would not advise anyone to come here, either. But those of us left should fight to change it.......picketing, mediation, strike. Simple as that.

Great video! A bit dated, but still 100% relevant today.
After more than 10 years here, I've seen EVERY single tactic played out at this company.

I really don't understand. If you guys are that disgruntled, why do you have decent performance numbers. By getting all these flights out on time and in on time is not helping your cause. I would be doing extra thorough walk-arounds at the outstations paying attention to non-mel items where MX is at least an hour away. Slow downs work, just look at pretty much any major case in history.

Because we are professionals. Our problem is our union and their deficient tactics.
