How many new hires are coming a month at the rate of 22 per hour? Is it safe to say most come based on the expectation that they will hopefully make more money?

You seem really stuck on our pay (which you should). It's not going to change any time soon. Look elsewhere

Absolutely correct. It won't change if we don't fight for change. The pay is now criminal for a year one FO to be making $22.18 when every other regional is around $35-36. So I certainly would not advise anyone to come here, either. But those of us left should fight to change it.......picketing, mediation, strike. Simple as that.
