Which benifits am I not getting that the are not the same as the Mothership?

But even if the pay rates were equal, which they are not, just on the benifits alone, the compensation package is quite a bit better. You gotta consider the costs of the coverage and then the costs of co-pays, etc to use the coverage. They got a pretty sweet deal over here.

So mainly it's just the pay I'd call B-scale.
Retirement is the big one that comes to mind.

I'll have to look into that, I'm not sure what the Mothership retirement is, I thought it was a matching 401k like we have, but I'll check, I know we get retiree travel benifits the same as mainline.

Just doing research,

Thanks for giving me another point I need to check out.

Pretty sure they have a different medical plan than the regional pilots too.

I'll have to check specifically, but I don't think so since we were at same benifits roadshow, but I'll check and confirm.

I can confirm that my yearly premiums, maxed out on everything, is less than 3 months of premiums at Big M, and the coverage is much better.

Every computer and phone I use nowadays has autocorrect. How does it keep letting you spell benefits "benifits"? Seriously curious how you can override that much automation.

The man that invented autocorrect died on last Friday. His fun day was the following monkey.

And, yes. I would expect PSA and Piedmont to swing back with another increase too.

If anyone is keeping score, the other companies' signing bonuses are now more than a Mesa FO's full year pay.

Watching these volleys go back and forth is entertainment at it's finest.
WO"s bonus money alone is more than mesa's fo full years salary. That is terrible.Mesa better get it together real quick, otherwise they will never catch up with the rest of the industry.
If I were an fo there, I would definitely bail, even if I was about to upgrade. I would just upgrade somewhere else.

I think Chris is right, all 3 WO and AA have different medical plans as far as I know.

AA also gets a 16% direct contribution, not a match.
