Nobody cares. Nobody cares about Mesa's real or fabricated "opportunities" when you can go elsewhere and make 3 times as much. FO's at other regionals make more than Mesa captains. Most don't view that as an "opportunity" at Mesa.
And nobody cares about "getting to fly a bunch of new aircraft". Really? Insulting. SMH. He clearly doesn't get it.

Well said. Those newer folks who choose to stay have their reasons (me included), but I don't think anyone is doing it because they buy Jonathan's 'rah rah' spiel.
