She/he/whomever seems to be a serial lurker, or someone who bounces from one regional to another. http://www.airlinepilotforums.com/se...archid=7694162

Call ********** and ask for head of recruting MK. You'll get a class date within about 10-12 minutes. However, I could be wrong as MK himself said on the last company call Mesa isn't a "golden ticket" anymore and an EXTENSIVE Skype interview will be preformed due to the competitive nature and large amount of applicants at Mesa these days.

If he's unavailable call back and ask to be connected to JO himself there's a good chance Marcian is in JO's office with his feet up letting him know there's no pilot shortage and everything will be just fine.

Go Mesa!

According to her previous posts she already had a class date for ejet in 2015. She is either the east coast chick that jumps from airline to airline or she is a girl I dated that wants to go to Cathey as a second officer. and is actually a student pilot at ATP living in phx. Either way She should know better to ask that question. We are not all lifers on this form and are clawing our way out.

His desk is right outside JO's and he is who is providing JO with his staffing and hiring information.

Anyone notice the recent standing bid announcement. 55 captain upgrades over the next six months. Couple this with the first sentence in the perfect attendance email we received on Oct 31st and is it a pseudo pre announcement of more airplanes or is it a way to possibly delay anyone's departure until after the holidays? Rumor has it that there will be an announcement of more airplanes in January.

Who knows...

As the announcement stands, 55 upgrades over six months seems unremarkable in that I would guess it barely covers attrition. I took the email and the fact that they even mentioned forecast upgrades as a way to entice people to stay. As if to say, "dont leave! Look we are still upgrading".

I would however say that the sales pitch to new hires has for the past three years been quick upgrades so the only way they could possibly continue to hire is by a) lying or b) bring on new aircraft.

It would seem that they have plans for additional growth since the tone of the last conference call was very much stay the course.
